Kurt Miller has served as Chair and Professor of Urology in the Department of Urology at the Charité Campus Benjamin Franklin in Berlin, Germany, since 1993. In 2007, he became Chair of the Department of Urology for the entire Charité (Campus Benjamin Franklin, Campus Mitte and Campus Virchow Klinikum). Since March 2018, Professor Miller has been a Senior Consultant in the Department of Urology at the Charité. He is currently Chair of the Urological Oncology section of the German Society of Urology (DGU).
Professor Miller has previously served as Chair of the Association of Urological Oncology (AOU) of the German Cancer Society (DKG; 1998 to 2004), as a member of the board of the DGU (2001 to 2003) and as a member of the board of the DKG (2004 to 2008).
He has authored more than 300 publications and is co-editor of the German Textbook of Urology. He serves as a reviewer for the German Research Association and for several scientific journals. Professor Miller has also acted as the Principal Investigator in numerous clinical trials in uro-oncology.
